Totally Lasers offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a full refund.
